In The Last Dragon Chronicles, Scrubbley is where David Rain moves as a lodger, where he meets dragons! Elizibeth Pennykettle, David Rain, Lucy Pennykettle, Sophie, Zanna and Henry Bacon are just some of the characters who live in Scrubbley. There is a college, publishing house and library in Scrubbley, along with many residential houses.
It is famous for its clocktower in the library always being wrong, along with its abundance of squirrels. David Rain/David Merriman moved here and began learning about dragons. In Icefire, we are introduced to Professor Bergstrom, who is very unusual.
