Gruffen standing on the Book

Guard Dragons:Procedures For Beginners is a book that belongs to Gruffen. The book, like the dragons, has a solid form, which is shown in The Fire Within, when David Rain tries to open the book, it is solid clay. Gruffen usually stands on it. As the keeper of the book, naming of the dragons and anything else to do with them is consulted from its holder, Gruffen. The book may have been written by Elizabeth Pennykettle as one of its rules is 'Ask the Liz'.
