The Healing Touch is a shop on Scrubbley High Street, set up by Zanna Martindale sometime between Fire Star and The Fire Eternal. Here Zanna sells "anything New Age-y", including gothic jewelery and unanimated dragons made by Elizabeth Pennykettle. She also offers courses such as aromatherapy and reflexology, and recruits the potions dragons Gretel to help make tinctures from flowers. It is here that Zanna met Tam Farrell and later gave him the Mark of Oomara. One day Tam comes in for a sescion and during that time she hexes him using two dragons on his palms then pressing her arm (where she has the mark of Oomara) deep and hard onto his chest thus giving him the mark.
